• Which areas do you cover?

  We cover all London areas.

• What do you do?

  We lift, load and responsibly dispose of non hazardous waste in a fast and efficient manner from residential and commercial properties.

• What type of things do you remove?

  We remove all non-hazardous items capable of being carried by two people. We can not remove certain Hazardous Materials, including paint or paint cans full of paint, noxious chemicals, solvents, motor oils, petrol cans, asbestos, raw meat and fish, medical or biological waste or any toxic substances.

• Why can't you take hazardous materials?

  We are not licensed or insured to carry hazardous materials.

• How big are your trucks?

  The container at the back of each our trucks is 14 cubic yards (approximately 10 cubic meters). This is roughly equivalent to 2 standard builders' skips (which are 6 or 8 cubic yards).

• What is a cubic yard?

  A cubic yard is three feet high by three feet wide by three feet deep, or 27 cubic feet.

• What equipment does your truck come with?

  A shovel, broom, rubble bags, shoe covers, tools, and a sack trolley.

• Are you insured to do this work?

  Yes. Our trucks and drivers are fully insured.

• Are you licensed to do this work?

  Yes. We are licensed waste carriers regulated by The Environment Protection Agency.

• How do you charge?

  Generally we charge by the volume of space taken up in our vans, but for dense materials we may charge by weight. Click here for more details.

• Why can't you give me an exact price over the phone?

  Our rates are based on the amount and type of junk being removed. Until we see what is to be removed, we can't give you an exact price.

• Do I have to be at the property to have the job done?

  No. Provided we have agreed the price, have access to the junk, there is no requirement for you to attend.

• What do you do with the junk?

  Wherever possible we recycle your junk via recycling depots and licensed transfer stations.

• Can you dispose of my settee or carpet?

  Yes, we remove and dispose of all types of furniture, both domestic and commercial.

• I rent out a property and it has recently been vacated. The tenants have left it in a terrible state; can you empty it completely for me?

  We specialise in full house clearance. We can also offer a deep clean service if required.

• What is the charge for removing my old lounge carpet?

  It depends on the size and weight – please call for a no obligation estimate.

• My garden shed is rotten and is falling down, can you help?

  We may need to do a site visit first to see the shed (at no extra charge). We will then be able to give you a quote for the removal and disposal.

• We are about to downsize our home and we have had a huge de-clutter. There are allsorts of items that we need to dispose of from ornaments to furniture. Can you help?

  We can supply you with any boxes and packaging you may need and we can dispose of any furniture you may not want.

• I have just had a new kitchen/bathroom fitted but the workmen have left all the old fittings etc. Can you remove this for me?

  We can collect any size of kitchen or bathroom suite and we would require just 2 days notice. Prices demand on volume and area.

• I live on the 4th floor and need some furniture removing. Can you help?

  Not a problem our well trained staff will be happy to help. Ring or email us for a quotation.

• My granny has a beautiful upright piano and she lives 25 miles away. Can you collect and deliver it to my house?

  Our teams are trained in the removal of light pianos, please call for a quote.

• We are an office in central London and we have a quantity of old computer monitors, towers, photocopiers and telephone systems. Can you collect and dispose of them for me?

  We will visit your offices in London and give you a quotation for the removal of the equipment and all necessary paper work i.e. duty of care for disposal.

• I'm an electrical contactor and I have a quantity of fluorescent tubes that need disposing off. Can you dispose of these?

  We can collect from factories, shops and offices and dispose of them in the appropriate manner.
